3.3 — Understanding the automatic checks before publication

Before each publication, wp2ai automatically analyzes the proposed content across several rule categories: security (unfinished content), structure, completeness, and, depending on your plan, editorial quality and SEO.

A few examples of what gets checked:

  • A content section that seems isolated, not tied to any logical structure of the page
  • An article broken up into too many short sections, which hurts readability
  • The presence of essential elements (title, featured image, meta description...)
  • Other checks specific to your theme and editor (Elementor, Bricks, etc.)

These checks appear as alerts ranked by severity (Low, Medium, Important, Blocking) directly on the pending action, with a plain-language explanation of the issue detected.
