2.4 — Connect wp2ai to Claude

The easiest way: wp2ai is listed in Claude's official connectors directory as wp2ai for WordPress.

  1. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and click Browse connectors.
  2. Search for wp2ai, then open wp2ai for WordPress (by webNdev).
  3. Click Connect. You are redirected to the wp2ai sign-in page: log in with your wp2ai account, then click Authorize.
  4. Back in Claude, start a new conversation and ask, for example: "Using wp2ai, which of my WordPress sites are connected?"

Manual setup (custom connector): in Settings, then Connectors, choose "Add custom connector", enter a name (for example "wp2ai for WordPress") and the address https://mcp.wp2ai.io/mcp, then click Continue. Authentication starts right away.

If you added wp2ai before October 2026 as a custom connector, it keeps working. If Claude says a tool cannot be found, disconnect and reconnect the connector so Claude reloads the current list of tools.
